B2W Operations Connector

The B2W Operations connector enables App Xchange users to integrate resource and job data from external systems into B2W Operations.

The B2W Operations connector currently enables workflows to exchange data relating to resources and jobs within the B2W Operational Suite.

Typical workflows currently supported by the B2W Ops Connector include populating and updating the B2W Operational Suite database with resources and jobs data from external systems, such as ERP systems (for example, Trimble's Viewpoint Vista or Viewpoint Spectrum).

Resource data includes:

  • Employees (labor resources)

  • Labor Types

  • Labor Rate Classes

  • Equipment

  • Equipment Types

  • Equipment Rate Classes

  • Materials

  • Organizations

Job related data includes:

  • General Information (e.g., Job Number, Job Title, Customer, Project Manager, Status, etc.)

  • Estimate Items ("pay items")

  • Tracking Accounts ("phase codes" or "cost codes")

  • Production Targets

  • Materials

  • Subs & Vendors

  • Change Orders

A license and subscription are required to access the B2W Operational Suite.
