Employee Earnings History Purge

This update will delete employee history records for the current company.

This is not a typical process and should only be used in extreme situations. These is no way to reverse this update once it is performed.

Records in the following tables will be purged:
  • Employee Earnings History
  • Wage and Tax History
  • Worker's Compensation History
  • Employee Add-ons and Deductions

    Items are removed based on the selection of year. Items with a check date on or before the selected date will be purged.

    Important: This purge is not recommended for use until at least one full year has passed. For example, 2025 records would not be purged until at least 2027.
