This screen is used to view or change the Processing date.

T/M Processing Date Change

The Reverse T+M Billing screen lets you reverse a Time + Material billing by deleting transactions for the specified bill from the billing history file and returns transactions to the "unbilled" status, but already selected for rebilling and assigned to the original billing number. Some or all of the transactions may then be deselected from that bill, or any other needed additions or modifications made prior to reissuing the invoice.

Reverse T+M Billing

If the cost center feature is enabled in the Enterprise Installation screen, when the Accounts Receivable credit memo is created during the Reverse T+M Billing update the cost centers will come from the T&M billing history detail files (cost type, add-ons, and fees history).

The Data Entry menu is used to
      record invoices as they are received. Invoices can be tracked optionally through Unapproved
      Invoice Processing, and routed automatically to reviewers for approval. Options are available
      for correcting invoice entry errors. Typically, invoices are entered and updated, then later
      paid. In addition, credit memos, recurring invoices and subcontract progress billings can be
      created and processed. Payments can be made by issuing regular check or by manual or pre-paid
      checks. Issued checks may be voided.
