Review Allocated / Budget Hours for Agreement Services
If you are using the Tasking and Budget features, you can review allocated and budgeted hours for agreement services prior to activating the agreement using the Work Orders tab in SM Agreements.
To view person hours and budget hours for agreement services, you must have:

Defined average person hours for class maintenance tasks in SM Class Maintenance.

Auto-generated agreement services using the Tasking feature in SM Agreements.

Entered labor requirements for each service in SM Service or labor hours / costs in SM Service Detail.

Set up task schedules using the Task Scheduling feature in SM Agreements.

Set up budget information by division and/or call type on the Budget tab in SM Agreements.

Set up labor allocations in SM Agreement Labor Allocations (Labor Allocation tab in SM Agreements).
The grid displays all potential work orders for the agreement by service site, each showing the person hours and budget hours in a drill-down format. The first level shows the total person hours and budget hours for the service site, with additional levels showing person hours and budget hours at the serviceable item and agreement service levels. You can toggle the display order of the additional levels using the Sites / Items / Services drop-down option (below the Current Status field).
You can review the person hours and budget hours at each level of the drill down. Services with the same service site and service date are grouped on the same work order. Services having the same service site but with differing service dates or those flagged for separate work orders will show as separate entries in the grid.
