A new COBie template is available in Viewpoint For Projects™ 2017-3 for Uniclass 2015. Uniclass 2015 is the newest classification system available for the UK, which builds on previous versions of Uniclass by incorporating industry feedback.
You can select the new template when you create a BIM container in Projekte, as shown below.
