Manage Entitlements- Special Accruals

Jobpac lets you configure special accruals that allows for the accrual and provisioning of entitlements such as Incolink and Coinvest as well as option to show these values on payslips if required.

To configure special accruals:

  1. Expand the Payroll menu in the left pane of the Jobpac Connect home screen.
  2. Expand the Company Information sub-menu.
  3. Select Entitlement Maintenance to display the Payroll Entitlement Parameters screen.
  4. Select ACTIONS and select Special Accruals.
  5. Enter the details for the special accrual code.
  6. Select ACTIONS and select Add Accrual Code.
