How to toggle between viewports

Issue:
On the layout there are two viewports on top of each other. How to toggle between the different viewports?

Solution:
You can solve this by first making one viewport active. (double-click in the large viewport.) Then you can toggle between the different viewports using the Ctrl+R key combination.
