Item Owner Maintenance

Use the Item Owner Maintenance screen to add and maintain item owner codes in the Spectrum system; for example, individuals, company departments, divisions, and more. After item owner codes are set up, they are then available for use in the Item Tracking Management screen where they are used to track who has possession of company items.
