Use the Phase Category Maintenance screen to view a list of standard phases, categories, and major and minor groups. Standard phases are a helpful way to maintain consistency across jobs.

The first row of the list box displays the company-wide settings. Records with company-wide settings cannot be deleted. The Phase mask, Major start, Major end, Minor start, and Minor end records come from Job Cost Installation - Properties.

• Yes in the Groups column indicates that major or minor groups are present in the New/Edit Phase Category grid.
