E-Notarize a Document

Having an in-house Notary can simplify the process of meeting notary requirements.

The Notary and the Submitter must be at the same physical location.
Trimble Pay indicates which documents require notarization, and during the document generation portion of the submission work flow, prompts for the Notary's e-signature.
  1. Log in as the user with permission to submit the invoice.
  2. To electronically sign the document, select Sign document.
    A Notarize via Trimble ID button displays.
  3. Select Notarize via Trimble ID to open the Trimble ID login page for your notary.
  4. To complete notarization and return to the contract page, instruct the notary to sign in with their Trimble ID.
