Rollup Employee Accumulations
The Rollup Employee Accumulations checkbox on the PR Purge form, Accumulations tab.
Rolling up accumulations is a way to reduce the volume of historical data while retaining potentially important payroll data. This is done by consolidating a year's worth of data into a single line by keeping only the net sum for the year.
