Enter an equipment maintenance log entry
- Open the Enter Equipment Maintenance Log screen.

In the Equipment field, do one of the following:
Enter the code of the equipment item for which you want to record maintenance work and press Tab.
Click
to select the equipment item for which you want to record maintenance work from a Lookup List.
- Complete the fields as described on the Enter Equipment Maintenance Log Screen Field Reference.
- Click Save Log.
