Export equipment maintenance

  1. Open the View Equipment Maintenance Due screen.
  2. In the Company field, click to select one or more companies for which you want to view maintenance due. If no companies are selected, all companies appear in the list.
  3. In the Equipment field, click to select one or more equipment items for which you want to view maintenance due. If no equipment items are selected, all equipment items appear in the list.
  4. Click Retrieve.
  5. To specify the file type for the export, do one of the following:
    • To export the list to Excel, click next to the Export button and select Excel.

    • To export the list to a tab-delimited file, click next to the Export button and select Text file (Tab Delimited).

  6. Navigate to the folder where you want to save the file.
  7. In the File Name field, enter a file name for the exported file.
  8. Click Save.
  9. Click OK.
    Note: If you opted to export the list to Excel, the Excel file automatically opens if you have Excel installed.
