Account

Enter the bank account code. The corresponding name of the bank displays.

Statement date

Enter the statement date. Based on the statement date , the associated G/L period end date displays below.

Account type

The statement account type will display in this field: Bank or Credit card

Account balance

The account opening balance, deposits, checks and ending balance totals display on the right side of the screen.

Deposits tab

This tab displays transaction details for all deposits and wire transfers for the selected bank account and statement date.

The total number of deposit transactions that have been reconciled and the total dollar amount of the deposits display below.

Checks tab

Select this tab to display transaction details for all checks for the selected bank statement and statement date.

The total number of check transactions that have been reconciled and the total dollar amount of the checks display below.
