Aatrix Report Filing

Use the Aatrix Report Filing screen to generate the electronic reports for Federal or State tax forms.

Note: Aatrix is available only via Trimble Construction One.
To use Aatrix for your report filing:
  1. Go to Payroll > Reports > Aatrix Report Filing.
  2. Make your selections and complete the relevant fields.
  3. Select Continue.

    Spectrum generates the Aatrix-compatible data file (Aatrix Universal File, or AUF) on the server, which you can then upload directly to Aatrix, who will submit the electronic file on your behalf.

To view completed or in-process reports, select the History button, log in to the Aatrix site, and review saved forms.

Select whether to generate a tax form for federal or state filings.
Tax table codeIf you selected State above, make a selection for your locality.
Aatrix report nameSelect the Aatrix tax form you wish to file. Once selected, the description of the form displays to the right.
YearSpecify the year for the tax form filing.

Quarter

Month

From/to date

Specify any additional period selections for the specified tax form.
Note: Applicable only for forms that are filed on a periodic basis.
EntityEnter an entity code for the selected tax form.
Note: Applicable only if:
  • cost centers are set to Yes or Pending in the current company, AND
  • the Entity tracking checkbox is selected in the Enterprise Installation screen.
