Tracking Employee Drug and Alcohol Testing

Learn how to add or edit employee drug and alcohol test scheduling and results.

  1. On the Site Map screen, click Human Resources > Employees > Drug / Alcohol Testing.
  2. Enter the Employee code for whom you want to add drug or alcohol information.
  3. Click the New button to enter a new test, or click Edit to view details of selected tests.
  4. At the Status field, the test's status displays based on the test type you selected in the Drug and Alcohol Tests for window. No entry is allowed.
  5. At the Reason field, use the drop-down menu to select a reason for the drug or alcohol test.
    Note: If you select Reasonable Suspicion from the drop-down menu, then the Statement button will activate.
  6. Once you have entered all of the necessary information in this window, click the Statement button to enter information surrounding the reason for the reasonable suspicion.
  7. At the remaining fields, enter drug and alcohol scheduling and administration information.
  8. Once you have completed the window, click OK.
    The testing information you entered will now appear in the main screen.
