Setting Up a Job Title

Find how to set up a job title.

Before setting up job titles, be sure that you have established all of your Job Group Maintenance. Once you have a set up job titles in the software, job titles can be grouped together using Job Group Maintenance.
  1. On the Site Map screen, click Human Resources > Maintenance > Job Titles.
  2. Click the New button.
    Note: For field descriptions, see Job Title Maintenance.
  3. Complete the Properties, Qualifications, and Salary tab and click OK.
  4. Repeat step 3 for each additional job title you are adding to the software.
  5. To print a listing of any or all job titles in the software, click the Listing button.
