Phase Copy
The Phase Copy screen is used to copy the phase setup from an existing job to a new job. This update sets up phases in the new job based on the current setup in the old job. Any phases that have already been set up for the new job will not be affected by this update. The new job must be set up in the appropriate company before this feature can be used to set up the job's phases. Estimates and phase setup can be copied to the new job at the same time.
If the Set projected costs, quantity, and hours to current estimate when adding phases checkbox is selected on the tab and the Include estimates checkbox is selected on the Phase Copy window, the projected costs, quantity, and hours will be set equal to the current estimated cost and current estimated hours.
