Status of an Order

Whenever you purchase a license, subscription, or upgrade your subscription, an order will get placed. When you place an order, we will validate it and process the order.

Orders may be places on hold if validation fails. There are four statuses of an order. You can check the status of an order on the Billing & Payment screen in the Admin Console.

Order Statuses

An order can have any one of four statuses:

Order StatusDescription
ProcessingWe are processing your order. Once your order reaches Complete status, you will be able to assign your purchased licenses.
CanceledA subscription gets cancelled when it has not been renewed. If you would like to cancel a subscription, please contact support. The status of the subscription will be changed to Canceled after we process your request.
On HoldWe placed your order on hold because validation failed at some point. Please contact support for more information.
CompleteYour order has been fulfilled and you may assign the licenses you purchased.
