Admin Console Roles

All account users have a role in the Admin Console.

There are four roles in the Admin Console:

Account Owner

The primary point of contact for an account.

The Account Owner can perform all actions and view all account information.

Each account has only one Account Owner.

Secondary Account Owner

Performs all the actions that an account owner can perform except changing the account owner.

An account can have any number of Secondary Account Owners.

License Admin

Assigns licenses to product users and adds and removes both Product Users and License Admins.

Product User

Uses the license that has been assigned to them. These users do not have access to the admin console and do not perform administrative actions.
