Create and Upload a Wet-Signed Document

Create a digital version of a hand-signed document and upload it to Trimble Pay.

Although Trimble Pay supports e-signatures, certain documents require wet signatures. Trimble Pay indicates which documents require this. After the document is signed, you can create and upload a digital version.

If Trimble Pay prompts for a wet signature, take these steps:

  1. Select Download to sign.
  2. Navigate to the file's download location, open the file, and print it.
  3. Acquire all required wet signatures.
  4. Scan the document or take a picture of it to create a digital version.
  5. Upload the digital version to your computer.
  6. In Trimble Pay, navigate to the same location you downloaded the document from.
  7. Select Browse.
  8. Navigate to the file's location and select it.
The document now meets the wet-signature requirement.
