Export Job Totals to a Spreadsheet
- Open a job in the Manage Earthwork Estimates screen.Anmerkung: To open a job in the Manage Earthwork Estimates screen, click Estimating > Earthwork > Manage Earthwork Estimates in the All Tasks pane. Click Open Existing Job. Then select the job you want to open, and click OK.
- Select the Summary tab.
- Click Export
on the speedbar.
- To export totals, select the Totals checkbox.
- Select one of the following options for the areas to export:
- All - To export all areas.
- Selected - To export only the areas you have selected (you select an area by selecting the Active checkbox on the Summary tab).
- None - To export no areas.Anmerkung: If the Totals checkbox is not selected and you select the None option button, no data will be exported.
- Klicken Sie auf OK.
- Click OK to close the notification that the totals are exported to the clipboard.
- Open the spreadsheet program.
- Open the file in which you want to save the totals.
- Select a cell in the spreadsheet where you want to paste the totals.
- Paste the totals from the Windows clipboard into the spreadsheet. Note that the last column displays Earthwork to indicate the origin of the import.
- Resize the columns, as needed.
- Save the spreadsheet.
