Export Job Totals to a Spreadsheet

  1. Open a job in the Manage Earthwork Estimates screen.
    Anmerkung: To open a job in the Manage Earthwork Estimates screen, click Estimating > Earthwork > Manage Earthwork Estimates in the All Tasks pane. Click Open Existing Job. Then select the job you want to open, and click OK.
  2. Select the Summary tab.
  3. Click Export on the speedbar.
  4. To export totals, select the Totals checkbox.
  5. Select one of the following options for the areas to export:
    • All - To export all areas.
    • Selected - To export only the areas you have selected (you select an area by selecting the Active checkbox on the Summary tab).
    • None - To export no areas.
      Anmerkung: If the Totals checkbox is not selected and you select the None option button, no data will be exported.
  6. Klicken Sie auf OK.
  7. Click OK to close the notification that the totals are exported to the clipboard.
  8. Open the spreadsheet program.
  9. Open the file in which you want to save the totals.
  10. Select a cell in the spreadsheet where you want to paste the totals.
  11. Paste the totals from the Windows clipboard into the spreadsheet. Note that the last column displays Earthwork to indicate the origin of the import.
  12. Resize the columns, as needed.
  13. Save the spreadsheet.
