Remove Access to the Spectrum Employee Kiosk Module

If you previously enabled the Employee Kiosk Module in Spectrum, you should disable it once you move to HR Management for Spectrum.

For more information about the Employee Kiosk module, see Employee Kiosk Module in the Spectrum documentation.

Repeat the following steps for each Spectrum company that your users have access to.

  1. Optional: Disable access to year end tax statements.
    Skip this step if you want to allow your users to see last year's statement.
    1. In Spectrum, navigate to Admin > Installation > Employee Kiosk Installation.
    2. Clear the Allow employees to print year end tax statements checkbox.
    3. Select Save.
    This removes all tax information from the Year End Tax Statements in each company's dashboard app.
  2. Disable the Employee Kiosk module.
    1. In Spectrum, navigate to Admin > Installation > Company Installation.
    2. Select the Modules tab.
    3. Clear the Employee Kiosk checkbox.
    4. Select Save.
    The Employee Kiosk module is disabled in each company. Users can no longer access it.
