Survey Year
The Survey Year field on the HR OSHA Cases Export File form.
Enter the survey year for this export. This is generally the year for which you are reporting OSHA case data. For example, if the current date is 1/30/24, but you are running the report for the 2023 tax year, you would enter 2023 as the survey year.
HR Company
The HR Company field on the HR OSHA Cases Export File form.
Enter the HR company for which you are exporting OSHA case data (that is, injury and illness data).
Establishment ID
The Establishment ID field on the HR OSHA Cases Export File form.
Enter the establishment ID provided by OSHA for your company (up to 14 characters allowed).
