SM Contact List

You can use the SM Contact List report for a list of contacts and their contact information by selecting Service Management > Reports > SM Contact List.

This report displays a list of contacts and their contact information. Only the Company parameter is required; all others are optional.

By default there are no groupings, simply a list of contacts and their contact information. Additionally, the report may be grouped by Customer, Service Center, Technician, or Status.

Report Parameters

Description

Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

Customer

Press F4 to select the Customer

Service Center

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the service center.

Technician

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the technician.

Serviceable Item

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the serviceable item.

Serviceable Item Class

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the serviceable item class.

Serviceable Item Type

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the serviceable item type.

Customer/Site Status

Enter Y or N.

Group By

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the group option.
