You can change the date range displayed on the Dispatch Board at any time.

1. Open SM Dispatch Board and select the Dispatch Board to work with.
2. Use any of the following methods to change the dates displayed on the Dispatch Board:

   Option	Description
   Date Tabs	Click on the tab that best meets your current viewing needs: Hourly, 1 Day, 3 Day, 1 Week, 2 Week, or Choose Dates.
   Date Selector	Select a date using one of the following options: Today - Click on this button to show today's date. For all date tabs except Hourly and 1 Day, the remaining dates will shift accordingly. Go To Date - Click this button to access the Date Picker. Then scroll to the desired month and select a date. For all date tabs except Hourly and 1 Day, the remaining dates will shift accordingly. Choose Dates - This option is only available when on the Choose Dates tab. Select the beginning and ending date in a range of dates and click the Go button.
   Previous/Next	Click on one of the following VCR buttons to change the date or time (Hourly tab): Click to move to the previous period. The "period" will differ depending on which tab you are on. For example, if you are on the 1 Week tab, this will move you to the previous week; however, if you are on the Hourly tab, this will move you to the same time frame (e.g. 8:00 am - 3:30 pm) on the previous day. Click to move to the previous hour (Hourly tab) or previous day (1 Day, 3 Day, 1 Week, 2 Week, or Choose Dates tabs). The remaining hours or days will shift accordingly. Click to move to the next hour (Hourly tab) or next day (1 Day, 3 Day, 1 Week, 2 Week, or Choose Dates tabs). The remaining hours or days will shift accordingly. Click to move to the next period. The "period" will differ depending on which tab you are on. For example, if you are on the 1 Week tab, this will move you to the next week; however, if you are on the Hourly tab, this will move you to the same time frame (e.g. 8:00 am - 3:30 pm) on the next day.
