Field Definitions: DM Page Splitter Form
The following is a list of field descriptions for the DM Page Splitter form. Many of the descriptions include links to other topics that provide additional information about or related to the topic.
Recent Sessions
Recent Sessions drop down in the Page Splitter form.
If you want to resume a prior session, select a session from the drop down.
The form retains the state of your last ten sessions when either the form or Vista is closed so you can resume a prior session with the items already split out still grayed out and remaining items waiting for you. The most recent session is listed first.

When you break PDF files into separate PDF files, the system must assign a name to each new file.
If you want to assign your own file name, clear the adjacent Use default checkbox and enter your own value in this field.

If you want to assign your own file name, clear this checkbox and enter your own value in the Split file name field.
Attachment Type

If your organization is using attachment type security, for each file you intend to attach to a Vista record, you must assign an attachment type.
To make a selection, you may either scroll to locate it or you may place your cursor in the field and begin typing.

This pane itemizes the pages of the original multi-page PDF file(s). As you select one or more pages, the center area displays what will be your new PDF file.
The system highlights the pages that you have already broken out into separate files.
