App Xchange accounts are administrated on both the individual account and workspace levels.
Accounts
Individual users create accounts to access workspaces. User access is typically only needed for administrators, integration builders, and flow authors. Many end user integrations run silently in the background and require no end user accounts.

A workspace is where an integration lives, whether it is an integration product registered to the workspace or a custom integration built in the workspace. Each workspace typically only houses a single integration.
