While flows are executed as JSON, the Flow Builder provides a visual, user-friendly interface to construct them. Authoring a flow involves defining exactly how data moves between systems, ensuring the right information is extracted, transformed, and delivered at the right time.
Your account must be assigned the Flow Author role to access the Flow Builder.
