Trimble Intelligence Agent (Beta)
The Trimble Intelligence Agent is now available to answer your questions and modify flow steps directly within the App Xchange Flow Builder. Select the Trimble Intelligence (Beta) icon in the Edit Step pane to get started.

Vista SM Work Order Add Action Now Generates Default Scope
The work_orders/actions/add action has
been enhanced to fix a bug where it created a work order header without generating a
required scope, which caused downstream attempts to post performed work (such as
labor or materials) to fail.
The endpoint now automatically generates a default Scope 1 upon creation, mirroring the standard Vista UI behavior. Integrators do not need to update their existing input payloads, and downstream workflows are now unblocked as they can successfully attach to the newly generated scope that is returned in the success response.
Breaking Change: Vista AP Pay Batch Entries Add
The Vista AP Pay Batch EntriesAdd action has been updated to support
grouping multiple vendor invoices onto a single payment header, matching standard
Vista AP Payment Posting behavior.
Please note that this update introduces a breaking schema change: request payloads
now require a root PayBatchEntry wrapper object rather than a flat
JSON structure. While owners of affected integrations have already been directly
notified, anyone actively building or designing against AP Pay Batch
Entries must update their request schemas to use the new wrapped
payload format.
