Set up Jobpac Access

A Jobpac Mobile user will need work IDs and jobs to start recording time. They can be configured in the Jobpac Mobile User Maintenance screen.

For existing Jobpac ERP users, their current security settings will apply to the Jobpac Mobile application. For non-Jobpac users that you are giving access to the mobile application, access will need to be granted before they use the application.

To set up Jobpac access for a non-Jobpac Connect user, you need to add the user first. See Adding Non-Jobpac Mobile Users for information about adding a user.

After adding non-Jobpac Connect users, you need to grant WorkID and Job Access to them.To setup Jobpac access for a user using the Jobpac Mobile User Maintenance program:

  1. Log into your Jobpac Connect account.
  2. Navigate to the Jobpac Mobile User Maintenance program.
  3. Right-click on the required user ID and select WorkID Access. Job Security.
    Configure the WorkID for the user.
  4. After configuring the WorkID, navigate to the Jobpac Mobile User Maintenance program, right-click on a user and select Job Security.
    Configure the Job Security.
  5. Continue this process until you have granted access to all the jobs for the user.
