Delete a Non-Jobpac User

You can't delete a Jobpac Connect user. You can only delete non-Jobpac users.

To delete a non-Jobpac user:
  1. Log into your Jobpac Connect account.
  2. Navigate to the Jobpac Mobile User Maintenance program.
  3. Right-click on the user and select Delete Mobile User.
  4. Select Yes in the Confirm dialog.
    If the user is a Jobpac Connect user, an error message will be displayed and the selection will be refused.
