Manage Payroll and Group Tax for a Tax Center

You can use the Company Tax screen to view or modify payroll tax and group tax information for the work IDs for one or more tax centers.

To access the Company Tax screen:
  1. Expand the Payroll menu in the left pane of the Jobpac Connect home screen.
  2. Expand the Company Information sub-menu.
  3. Select Company Tax to display the Company Tax screen.
  4. Select the search icon in the Tax Centre field to display the Select Tax Centre window.
  5. Select the required tax centre and select the Select button in the Select Tax Centre window.
  6. Select OK in the Company Tax screen.
  7. Select Actions and then select Modify to edit the values in the Payroll Tax Information and Group Tax Information sections.

This table provides information about the fields in the Company Tax Screen screen.

Payroll Tax Information

Displays the total payroll tax for the period.

Group Tax Information

Displays the total group tax for the period.

Male Employees

Displays the number of male employees.

Female Employees

Displays the number of female employees.
