Set Up Codes

If you are a payroll user who has been upgraded to include maintenance tables, you will find them already populated from data that already existed in your payroll.

However you can setup maintenance tables to manage codes for department, division, location, etc.

To set up the codes:

  1. Expand the Payroll menu in the left pane of the Jobpac Connect home screen.
  2. Expand the Employee Information sub-menu.
  3. Select the required option and set up codes.
