Tax Rate Maintenance

You can enter the income tax rates as supplied by the Australian Tax Office in the Tax Rate Maintenance screen.

To access the Tax Rate Maintenance screen:

Expand the Payroll menu in the left pane of the Jobpac Connect home screen.
Expand the Company Information sub-menu.
Select Tax Levels to display the Tax Rate Maintenance screen.
The screenshot below applies only to Australian payroll, identified by a blank character in position 29 of the PAYROL parameter.
When position 29 of parameter PAYROL is "Z", then below screenshot will display.
Enter values in each tab as per the requirements defined by the ATO and select OK.

Note: Please ensure that the tax rates are up to date as per the requirements defined by the ATO. Trimble doesn't automatically update the tax rates in this screen.
