You can enter timesheets in the application.
- Expand the Payroll menu in the left pane of the Jobpac
Connect home screen.
- Expand the E-Timesheets sub-menu.
- Select E-Timesheet Salary to display the JOBPAC Timesheet Entry screen.
- Right click on the required field under the Job column and select Prompt to display the Job Search window.
- Select the required job and click the Select button in the Job Search window.
- Right click on the required field under the Cost Code column and select Prompt to display the Scan Cost Codes window.
- Select the required cost code and click the Select button in the Scan Cost Codes window.
- Right click on the required field under the Trans column and select Prompt to display the Transaction Code Scan window.
- Select the required transaction code and click the Select button in the Transaction Code Scan window.
- Enter the required number of work hours for each day of the week.
- Select the OK button at the top of the JOBPAC Timesheet Entry screen.
- Select the ACTIONS drop-down at the top of the JOBPAC Timesheet Entry screen and select Employee OK.
Note: If you are a project manager for a group of employees, tou can click the next employee icon near the Status field and enter the required values in the JOBPAC Timesheet Entry screen.
