Employee

The employee's ID is displayed in this field.

Title

The employee's title is displayed in this field.

Surname

The employee's surname is displayed in this field.

Initials

The employee's initials is displayed in this field.

Commence Date

The date when the employee started working for the company is displayed in this field.

Permanent Date

The date when the employee became a permanent employee is displayed in this field.

Date of Birth

The employee's date of birth is displayed in this field.

Termination Date

The date when the employee was terminated is displayed in this field.

Dep

The employee's department, if applicable, is displayed in this field.

Div

The employee's division, if applicable, is displayed in this field.

Loc

The employee's location, if applicable,is displayed in this field.

Trans Group

The employee's transaction group, if applicable, is displayed in this field.
