Commence Date | The date when the employee started working for the company is displayed in this field. |
Permanent Date | The date when the employee became a permanent employee is displayed in this field. |
Date of Birth | The employee's date of birth is displayed in this field. |
Termination Date | The date when the employee was terminated is displayed in this field. |
Dep | The employee's department, if applicable, is displayed in this field. |
Div | The employee's division, if applicable, is displayed in this field. |
Loc | The employee's location, if applicable,is displayed in this field. |
Trans Group | The employee's transaction group, if applicable, is displayed in this field. |
