Employee | The employee's ID is displayed in this field. |
Title | The employee's title is displayed in this field. |
Surname | The employee's surname is displayed in this field. |
Intls | The employee's initials is displayed in this field. |
Tax Scale | The tax scale of the employee is displayed in this field. |
TFN | Enter the tax file number in this field. |
Dependent Rebate | The amount of annual dependant rebate claimable by the employee is displayed in this field. |
Zone Rebate | The amount of annual zone rebate claimable by the employee is displayed in this field. |
Home Loan Rebate | The amount of annual home loan rebate claimable by the employee is displayed in this field. |
HECS | If the employee has a HECS debt, it is displayed in this field. |
Tax calc | If the tax has been calculated for the employee, it is displayed in this field. |
Sec Code | The security code of the employee is displayed in this field. If set up, only users with access to the security code used will be able to view details for the employee. |
