Fields in the Student Loan Tab

The STUDENT LOAN tab will be displayed when the PAYROL parameter at position 29 is set to "Z". This table provides information about the fields in the tab.

FieldDescription

Surname

Enter the surname of the employee in this field.

Given Names

Enter the name that the employee has given in this field.

SLCIR Code

Enter the SLCIR code in this field.

  • Deduction Rate: Enter the deduction rate in this field.
  • Amount to Recover: Enter the amount to be recovered in this field.
  • Transaction Code: Enter the transaction code in this field.

SLBOR Code

Enter the SLBOR code in this field.

  • Deduction Rate: Enter the deduction rate in this field.
  • Amount to Recover: Enter the amount to be recovered in this field.
  • Transaction Code: Enter the transaction code in this field.

Student Loan Special Rate

Enter the student loan special rate in this field.

PAYE Special Tax Rate

Enter the special tax rate in this field.

Gen Rebate for "M" Student

Enter the rebate value in this field.

ESCT Calculation Required

Select the checkbox if ESCT calculation is required.

  • Rate: Enter the ESCT rate in this field.
  • Transaction Code: Enter the transaction code in this field.
