Update the Employee Group Information

The "Employee Group" feature provides PAYG summary per employee.

To access the Employee Group Values screen:
  1. Expand the Payroll menu in the left pane of the Jobpac Connect home screen.
  2. Expand the Employee Information sub-menu.
  3. Select Employee Group to display the Employee Group Values screen.
  4. Select the search icon in the Employee field to display the Scan Employees window.
  5. Select the required employee and select the Select button in the Scan Employees window.
  6. Leave the Financial Year field blank to display the current financial year and select OK.
  7. Select Actions and select Modify.
  8. Enter the required values and select OK.
    If adjustments are needed, use the opening balance column to apply corrections or adjustments to the total value.
