Create Employee Listing (Code) Report

The Employee Listing (Code) report lists all the employees by their code number.

To generate the report:
  1. Expand the Payroll menu in the left pane of the Jobpac Connect home screen.
  2. Expand the Payroll Reports sub-menu.
  3. Expand the Employee Reports cascading menu.
  4. Select Employee Listing(Code) to display the Employee Listing screen.
  5. Enter a year in the Payroll Financial Year field.
  6. Select the search icon in the Start Employee field and select the required employee.
  7. Select the search icon in the Finish Employee field and select the required employee.
  8. For each of the following fields, select the search icon and select the desired code:
    • Start Department
    • Finish Department
    • Start Division
    • Finish Division
    • Start Location
    • Finish Location
  9. Select the required checkboxes in the Do you require field.
  10. Select View the report if you want to view the report.
  11. Select OK in the Employee Listing screen.
  12. Select Yes in the Confirm dialog.
