Create Leave Accruals Report

The Leave Accruals report lists all the accruals in time and dollar value by employee for sick leave, annual leave and long service leave.

The entitlements are shown in days even though the entitlements are kept in hours in the employee master record.

To generate the report:

  1. Expand the Payroll menu in the left pane of the Jobpac Connect home screen.
  2. Expand the Payroll Reports sub-menu.
  3. Expand the Employee Reports cascading menu.
  4. Select Leave Accruals to display the Leave Accruals screen.
  5. For each of the following fields, select the search icon and select the required employee:
    • Start Employee
    • Finish Employee
  6. Enter the year in the Financial Year field.
  7. Enter the last time the entitlement was run in the Last Entitlement Run Date field.
  8. Select the required report sequence.
  9. Select PDF in the Report Option field to download the report as a PDF.
  10. Select View the report and select OK in the Leave Accruals screen.
  11. Select Yes in the Confirm dialog.
