Create Employee Productivity Report

This report presents the detail of the transactions entered through timesheet entry related to productivity codes by employee and by date.

The report provides information about the total of normal normal and overtime hours spent on jobs and the amount charged to the job.

To download the employee productivity report:
  1. Expand the Payroll menu in the left pane of the Jobpac Connect home screen.
  2. Expand the Utilities sub-menu.
  3. Expand the Productivity cascading menu.
  4. Select Employee Productivity to display the Employee Productivity Listing screen.
  5. Enter the required employee code in the Start Employee field.
  6. Enter the required employee code in the Finish Employee field.
  7. Select the calendar icon in the Select records as from field and select the required date.
  8. Select OK at the top of the Employee Productivity Listing screen to download the report.
