Void a time and material invoice to reverse a posted time and material invoice, effectively negating the original invoice.
- On the Void Time & Material Invoice screen, void the time and material invoice.
- Review the voided time and material invoices in the posting group.
- Modify the details of the voided time and material invoice or assign it to a different posting group.
- Post the voided time and material invoices in the posting group.
Note: Once you post a voided time and material invoice, you can no longer modify it.
