If your organization's ProContractor application is deployed in the cloud, Viewpoint handles each upgrade for you.
Upgrades to ProContractor in a ProContractor Cloud (PCC) network occur automatically at a scheduled date and time. You are notified at least one week in advance of a scheduled upgrade.
At the scheduled time of upgrade, all users must be logged out of the system.
