Using Aatrix

Use Aatrix and your ProContractor data to print reports or submit electronic files.

Download Aatrix and Configure ProContractor for Aatrix.
Note: You can use the Aatrix application without enrolling. However, in order to submit your reports electronically, you must enroll online: https://efile.aatrix.com/pages/enroll/enroll.aspx?v=ATX000
  1. In ProContractor, open the Aatrix application from the All Tasks pane from one of the following:
    • Employees > Quarter and Year End > Aatrix Report Filing
    • Vendor > Year End > Aatrix Report Filing
  2. Select Federal or select State along with the appropriate state abbreviation.
    The list of available reports updates according to your selection.
  3. Select the appropriate form or report.
  4. Select the appropriate date(s) or period(s).
  5. Select Continue.
In addition to the Aatrix Report Filing menu, you can launch the Aatrix application from the following screens:
  • Print Forms W-2
  • Print Forms W-2 Summary Report
  • Print Form 1094-C
  • Print Forms 1095-C
  • Print Forms 1099-NEC
  • Print Forms 1099-MISC
  • Print Forms 1099-INT
  • Enter Record of Employment
  • Print Forms T4
  • Print Forms T4 Summary Report
  • Print Forms T5018
