Enter the information needed on Form 1095-C.
You must start Form 1094-C before you can create Forms 1095-C. See Edit Form 1094-C screen (U.S.).
- Open the Edit Forms 1095-C screen.
- Note the active company. If you want to change it, select
in the header. - In the Tax Year field, select the tax year for the Form 1095-C you are creating or changing.
- Complete and/or modify the field values. If needed, refer to Edit Forms 1095-C screen Field Reference.
- Select Save Forms.
