Use the Print Form 941 - Schedule B screen to generate a Report of Tax Liability for Semiweekly Schedule Depositors.
Many employers are required to file the Schedule B. To generate a Form 941, use the Print Form 941 screen (U.S.).
Note: ProContractor does not support electronic filing of Form 941 - Schedule B.
Close the quarter before printing your Form 941 - Schedule B to prevent payroll checks from being posted or voided in that quarter. You can do this in the Payroll Settings screen.

You can control the output of the Form 941 - Schedule B report by entering details in one or more of the following fields on the Options tab:

| Select Format | Appears only if you have modified the format and layout of this report on the Modify Reports screen. Choose a version for this report. |
| Company | Select the company for the report. |
| Quarter | Select the quarter for the report. |
| Tax Year | Select the tax year for the report. |
