Set up ProContractor Mobile on a Device

Each ProContractor Mobile user needs to download and install the ProContractor Mobile application on their device.

Obtain your mobile user credentials (authentication code and PIN) from your system administrator. You will need this information to complete the mobile app setup.
  1. Open the app store on your device.
  2. Enter ProContractor Mobile in the Search field, and select the search icon.
  3. Select the ProContractor Mobile app, and install it on your device.
  4. After the installation completes, open ProContractor Mobile on your device.
    Note: Windows device users

    Starting in version 8.0, when you attempt to open and run the mobile app, it will check whether .NET Desktop Runtime is installed on your device. If it is not, follow the prompts to download and install .NET Desktop Runtime in order to open the app.

  5. Enter your case-sensitive authentication code and select Submit.
  6. Enter your PIN and select Submit.
ProContractor Mobile stores your credentials, so you only need to enter them the first time you log in.
