Copy Settings From a Selected User to Other Mobile Users

To streamline ProContractor Mobile user setup, you can copy settings from one mobile user to another.

Mobile users must be added as contacts in ProContractor™. See Make a Contact a Mobile User for details.

Select Administration > Connect Settings > Mobile User Settings.
Click in the row for the contact whose mobile settings you want to copy. The selected contact must be a mobile user.
Click the Copy Settings From Selected User button in the bottom right of the screen.
In the popup window, click on a row for the contact to whom you want to copy the mobile settings. Hold Ctrl and click on additional rows to copy the settings to multiple users.
Click OK.
On the Mobile User Settings screen, click Close.
